Details of complaints made by myself

Andie Riley made this Freedom of Information request to HMP Leeds IMB

The request was refused by HMP Leeds IMB.

From: Andie Riley

8 October 2009

Dear Sir or Madam,
whilst in the custody of HMP Leeds, I made a number of complaints,
one of which I didnt recieve an answer for. this was regarding the
refusal of the prison to allow a radio to be brought in despite my
having been given a leaflet stating this was possible.
Where did the complaint go and did the officer on D wing who signed
for it actually put it forward or did it go into the bin?
Please can I have copies of all non confidential details and emails
about myself whilst in custody at HMP Leeds?

Yours faithfully,

Andie Riley

Dear Sir or Madam,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of HMP Leeds IMB's
handling of my FOI request 'Details of complaints made by myself'.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/de...
I fail to see why information which I am entitled to whilst in
prison, but was not given to me should be chargable now I am free.
Yours faithfully,

Andie Riley
