Mr Blake
Ref: 070813398/ES/SJA
Thank you for your request for a copy of the letter alleging that your dogs are causing a noise nuisance.
The complaint was received verbally by phone. The information given was that there has been a problem in the past and after a letter had been sent the issue was resolved. But now it appears to have re-occurred. It is 2 dogs which are left outside in the garden during working hours so the owners may not be in and therefore not aware of the nuisance they are causing.
I hope this information provides you with what you need. Should you need to discuss the matter further please do not hesitate to contact me
Yours sincerely
Ellie
