Details of bluestone rates payments

Dear Pembrokeshire Council,
Neil,
Following the previous FOI request on rates and Bluestone.
It would appear that Bluestone have not paid £73,826 for 08/09
and are short by £70,869 for 09/10 a total of £144,695.00 over the
2 years.
I am sure the business rate payers of Pembrokeshire as well as
myself would like to know the following:
1.Please could you explain why they are not paying the full amount,
accepting there are a couple of months to still be paid this year.
2.If this is because of some kind of "new business" start up.
Please could you indicate if this will also run into the next
financial year.
3. If this is as a result of bad debit please could you clarify
what proportion of the debit is attributed to Mandaco limited.
4. If applicable please indicate if this debit is to be written off
or what payment terms have been agreed.
Once again please be "clear" in your explanation of 4.
If no payment terms have been formally agreed then "no terms agreed
yet will suffice". Otherwise I would like to know when you will be
paid, under what terms.
