Please can you provide me with the following information under the
Freedom Of Information Act 2000:-

(a) addresses and rateable values of all properties that have any
historic credit on their account

(b) the names and addresses of the owners of those properties
referred to in (a)

Dear Natalie

Thank you for your request and I attach a list of the credits in respect
of commercial properties.

Please note that the Council has decided not to disclose properties
owned by individuals by virtue of the exemption under section 40 of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 and please treat this email as a refusal
notice in that regard under section 17 of the Act. If you are unhappy
with the way this part of your request for information has been handled,
you can request a review by writing to [email address] quoting
reference number IKC/FOI 958.

If you remain dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have a
right of appeal to the Information Commissioner at:
