Dear Ms Davis,

Thank you for your request for information below and I apologise for the
delay in responding. I must advise you that with regard to part (b) of
your request the Council does not hold owner details on all the properties
in the Business Rates database - the owner is not necessarily the
ratepayer. I have, therefore supplied information relating to the liable
party but if you do specifically want owner details please let me know and
I will let you have any relevant information that we hold.

I have not included information relating to sole traders, private
individuals, partnerships or limited liability partnerships.
