Further to your email requesting a list of credit balances held.

The process of extracting the information you require is not a simple one and I hope the enclosed list detailing the liable party, amount of credit held and year paid is acceptable.

I have also added the billing authority reference so that you can check rateable values for both the 2005 and 2010 rating lists on the valuation office website.
