Please can you provide me with the following information under the
Freedom Of Information Act 2000:-

(a) addresses and rateable values of all properties that have any
historic credit on their account

(b) the names and addresses of the owners of those properties
referred to in (a)

Dear Natalie,

Further to your recent request for information, I write to advise you that
we are unable to provide you with the information as it would include
details relating to private individuals. We could undertake a manual
exercise to "strip out" the details of private individuals, however, the
time to undertake this task would be lengthy and exceed the appropriate
limit.
