I wish to know if records of arrests or convictions even if found
innocent or acquitted are kept by the Identity & Passport Service
and if these are stored on the passports for foreign immigration
officers to access when they swipe a passport.
I also wish to know what records are shared with foreign agencies

As my request has not been responded to within the 20 day time
limit and therefore the Passport and Identity Service has acted
unlawfully and is breaking the law.
I am writing to request an internal review of Identity & Passport

Passport Service'.

Information reviews.
