North Dorset District Council

Dear Mr. Astin,
I have already advised you that this land is now registered at the
Weymouth Land Registry under title DT357695 and described as "land on the
north east side of Milldown Road Blandford DT11 7SH". Therefore official
copies of title and/or the registered title plan can be obtained direct
from the Land Registry. This is an open register and anyone can obtain
this information for a small fee. The address of the Land Registry is
Melcombe Court 1 Cumberland Drive Weymouth Dorset DT4 9TT and their
telephone number is 01305 363636.
Your request for the plan is exempt from the provisions of Freedom of
Information Act because section 21 states that a public authority does not
need to provide information which is reasonably accessible to the
applicant by other means. I therefore suggest you obtain the
information/documentation you require direct from the Land Registry.
I regret that I am unable to assist you further.
Regards,
Alan Fraser.
