DEMOCRATIC?

A Freedom of Information request to Islington Borough Council by Julie Shrive

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Islington Borough Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Are the Councillors admin betraying rules of confidentialiry by
allowing their admin to set you up in adversarial position by
sending issues involving discretion to bias bound to process
Complaints who have no ethics, decency or ability to resolve;
likewise Ombudsman with same structure.

So why is this unethical, undemocratic procedure used to cause
negligence and civil liberties abuse eg: registering you
dishonestly as mentally rather than physically disabled by
contracting and directing Doctors via PCT when complaining about LA
Discriminating in many areas . Is this how to deal with issues
democratically?

Yours faithfully,

Julie Shrive
