Dear Sir or Madam,
Dear Sir or Madam,
With respect to the OfCom disclaimer:
http://www.ofcom.org.uk/about/accoun/dis...
it says, in the section titled 'Hyperlinking':
'However, Ofcom does not permit its pages to be loaded into frames
on your website as Ofcom's pages must load into the user's entire
window.'
Could you provide me, preferably in electronic format, any meeting
notes, minutes or other documents that lead to this decision being
taken?
Yours faithfully,

Dear Alex,
Thank you for your reply, but it has foxed me somewhat. Surely, it
being an OfCom disclaimer, it didn't arrive out of thin air?
If this isn't dictated by OfCom, do you know where the policy came
from, so I can direct my request there? And if it *isn't* OfCom
policy, why is it there? Your request has posed more questions than
it has answered...
Yours sincerely,
Information Requests

Dear Ms Pollakowski
The disclaimer was simply written in the form it appears and placed straight on the website. It was adopted to reduce the risk of Ofcom material being displayed out of context on another site.
I hope this answers your query.
Kind regards
Alex Bevan
