decision times for applications made in person
Mr. Ben Wraith made this Freedom of Information request to Home Office
Waiting for an internal review by Home Office of their handling of this request.
From: Mr. Ben Wraith
30 October 2008
Dear Sir or Madam,
It states at:
http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/ukresi...
that for further leave to remain and settlement applications you
will decide 90% of applications made in person at a public enquiry
office within 24 hours (for charged applications).
Can you tell me:
Whether this 90% target has been met throughout 2008 and what
percentage has been achieved.
How many charged applications were made in person at a public
enquiry office for further leave to remain or settlement in 2008.
and
What the actual decision times were for the charged applications
not decided within the 24 hour target.
Yours faithfully,
Mr. Wraith
