I have just received the email below and am very concerned that you have made an FOI request that has not been answered. I am responsible for dealing with FOI requests for Derby Homes but unfortunately have not received your request.

Could you please advise me where you sent the email and the date that you sent it and if anyone actually acknowledged your request. I would be grateful if you would re send the email so I know exactly what information you require. 1) Derby Homes completed its decent homes program in March 2006.

2) Government target (BV184) does not count tenants who refuse to allow
us to make improvements. Therefore we have achieved 100%.

3) The remaining properties will be improved when they become vacant.
