Dear Sir or Madam,
I recently submitted a Freedom of Information request regarding the
number of Derby Homes dwellings that will meet the government's
Decent Homes standard by 2010.
By law this response should have been as prompt as possible but no
submitted no later than 25 Feb 2009. It is now overdue.
Failure to supply me with a reply within a week will prompt me to
request and internal review and complain to the Information
Commissioner.

Dear Mr Perschke
I have just received the email below and am very concerned that you have made an FOI request that has not been answered. I am responsible for dealing with FOI requests for Derby Homes but unfortunately have not received your request.
Could you please advise me where you sent the email and the date that you sent it and if anyone actually acknowledged your request. I would be grateful if you would re send the email so I know exactly what information you require. I will then try and ensure you receive the information as soon as possible, hopefully within the week.

2) Government target (BV184) does not count tenants who refuse to allow
us to make improvements. Therefore we have achieved 100%.
