Waiting for an internal review by Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform of their handling of this request.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Regarding CREDIT CARD rules and protection since the customers own
bank deals with why are DEBIT[ Flexi] /CREDIT VISA CARDS being
treated separately when credit balances paid in full monthly and
DEBIT account can cover? Why do they operate like call centres with
no discretion/ ethics or head office and why are the Accountants
dictating to Managers . If you are elderly or have special needs
there is no help available and they treat you like the fraud .No
wonder there are cash flow proiblems?

Yours faithfully,

Julie Shrive

Dear Julie,

This matter may be answered by the Office of Fair Trading;
http://www.oft.gov.uk as they deal with Consumer Credit issues. Debit
Cards are different as the money used comes directly from your personal
account. The Financial Services Authority may be able to answer that
part of your query. http://www.fsa.gov.uk

They should also help in regards to how such businesses operate, and who
to complain to when it all goes wrong.

I hope this is helpful,

David

Dear Robinson David (COMMS),
Yet again I am being passed on by one call centre yourselves to
another being told what to do by a sole accountant looking after
their own interest not the citizens . What do you intend doing
about this unethical situation and waste of tax payers money
referring me to advice lines that don't work?

Yours sincerely,

Julie Shrive

Dear Sir or Madam,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for
Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform's handling of my FOI
request 'DEBIT /CREDIT issues as ignoring fact an individual is
being given the run around '.Because all organizations[ including
your own?} are set up with same structure by marketting call
centres one with sole corporate director and there is no objective
management. I and everyone else are being caused severe loss and
damage treated by people doing as directed by remits and procedures
then winding up to blame using data protection , So can rip off.
They blame rather than resolve if can't passs on into
oblivion. This is not reform : reform is restructure.

Why waste tax payers money copying structures that don't work for
problems/ issues .

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/de... and with many
issues financial ombudsman - ignored illegally by the health and
parliamentary one, so the leaders, who should have the discretion
are not contactable, bought in once in a blue moon , on contract
whilst someone on a remit feigns it is not their role except to
profit using data protection [ using same structure] to their
advantage. When it is a Specialist/hospital /LA - PCT doing this it
is extremely dangerous

Yours sincerely,

Julie Shrive
