Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to request information under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000. In order to assist you with my enquiries, I
am outlining my query as specifically as possible:
I would like to receive all information detailing all
correspondence or meetings between the Government Equalities Office
and Rt Hon Ruth Kelly MP since she left the Cabinet in October
2008.
In the event that you are not able to provide
all of this information due to the cost involved, please provide me
with as much of the information as possible starting in the month
of February 2010, and thereafter January 2010, December 2009 and so
on, working backwards on a month by month basis.
I would be interested in any information held by your organisation
regarding my request. I understand that I do not have to specify
particular files or documents and that it is the department's
responsibility to provide the information I require. If you require
further clarification with regards to the information required,
please contact me by e-mail.
If my request is denied in whole or in part, I would ask that you
justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the
act. I will also expect you to release all non-exempt material
available. I reserve the right to appeal your decision to withhold
any information or to charge excessive fees.
I would also be grateful if you could confirm in writing that you
have received this request. I look forward to your response within
20 working days, as outlined by the statute.

correspondence" with Ms Kelly, I expected this would include the
text of the letters or emails involved.
I would therefore be grateful if you could now provide the full
text of each of the items detailed in the list you have provided
and the full texts of any responses by the Government Equalities
Office to these items.
