FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT REQUEST NO 777/2009-2784

Please could you release to me all the information you have released to
the applicant in the case that has recently been ruled on by the Tribunal
[Ref: Appeal Number: EA/2009/0012].

Dear Mr Davis,
I write in connection with your request for information dated October 12,
2009 which was received by this office on October 12, 2009. I note you
seek access to the following information:
Please could you release to me all the information you have released to
the applicant in the case that has recently been ruled on by the Tribunal
[Ref: Appeal Number: EA/2009/0012].
Please also release any information you disclose to the applicant as a
direct result of the verdict in the Tribunal.
Following receipt of your request searches were conducted within Devon &
Cornwall Constabulary to locate information relevant to your request. I
can confirm that Devon & Cornwall Constabulary hold the information you
have requested.
Decision
I have today decided to disclose the located information to you in full.
As discussed and agreed with Louise Fenwick, the pictures will be provided
to you by disc. Therfore I require from you a postal address where the
disc can be sent to.
