1. Please tell me the names and positions held by all the people
entitled to seat on the DCB (departmental contract board).

2. Please tell me the names of the individuals that attended (all
meetings) and the manner in which they voted, in relation to the
allocation of, and or extension of contracts concerning the on
going motorcycle parking scheme.

3. Please release copies of the minutes of all of the meetings,
concerned in the above matter.

4. Pleases state under what authority the DCB can exceed any or all
preset limits for contract allocation or extension.

5. Please state who with in the legal department accepted the
legality of any motions that were past by the DCB, and the amounts
that the value exceeded the preset limits.
