Dear Sir or Madam,
Please supply me with the dates of any meetings between the Prime
Minister's Office and the company Phorm,(formerly 121Media) that
occurred between the 1st of January 2008 and the 30th of June 2008
inclusive.
Please provide the minutes taken at each meeting, the agenda of
each meeting, ministerial briefing notes produced for each meeting
and correspondence exchanged relating to each meeting.

Dear Sir or Madam,
The above Freedom of Information request was submitted on the 30th
of May 2009 and still awaits acknowledgement.
I should not need to remind you that the Act states that by law,
public authorities must respond 'promptly', and in any event not
later than 20 working days after receiving the request.
It has now been 14 working days.
I would be obliged if someone could at least acknowledge the
request as there are now only 6 working days remaining to the
deadline set by Law.
