Dear Sir or Madam,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Prime Minister's
Office's handling of my FOI request 'Dates of Meetings Between the
Prime Ministers Office and 121Media (Phorm)'.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/da...
Mr. Philip Main made a very similar request to my own and was told
(see below) that "You may wish to consider refining your request,
for example specifying a narrower date range, i.e. six months" by
your colleage Nicholas Howard.
Despite specifying such a six month period in my request to you, as
Mr. Howard instructed Mr. Main, you claim it remains impossible for
you to conduct the search requested.
In the course of this internal review, please will you
- reconsider the original request in full and provide the
information requested
- in the alternative, specify precisely the maximum date range that
you consider narrow enough to meet the cost limit on requests?
Yours sincerely,
P. John
