Dear Sir or Madam,

When did asking about two seperate companies, unless you know
something I don't, become related enquiries? Also I recieved the
same boilerplate reply to an enquiry asking when the PrimeMinister
became aware of the disparity between Uk and EU law.Nowhere in that
question did I mention Phorm or BT.

Yours sincerely,

Phillip Main

Dear Sir or Madam,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Prime Minister's
Office's handling of my FOI request 'Dates if meetings between the
Prime Ministers Office and Phorm'. I received the same reply to
three requests one of which concerned disparity between uk and eu
law. The other two concerned BT and Phorm two seperate companies
but I was told it was the same request and therefore exceeded the
£600 limit.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:

Dear Prime Minister's Office,
It is now December. Does it take 5 months for any action to take
place ? Not very open government is it?

Dear Prime Minister's Office,

This request seems to have fallen into the pit of oblivion. Could
the new administration do any better and find it? I am aware that
no blame attaches to the present PM or his Cabinet and would be
grateful if an answer could be found.

Dear Prime Minister's Office,
Owing to serious illness I have been unable to follow up this

I have had no response from you.
This delay is fast becoming a farce.
