Database of COI advertising contracts

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to request a copy of any database or excel document
you have containing details of all contracts with advertising
companies that COI contracted with in recent times, at least 2008.

Ideally the database would contain the name of the company, what
project the contract was for, how much it was, and when it was
awarded.
