Act 2000.

The University of Oxford must comply with the Data Protection Act
1998, implementing Directive 95/46/EC.

Please provide information about the results of reviews,
assessments and inspections about whether and how the University is
complying with the Act undertaken by the University's Data
Protection section since 1st January 2007.

This includes the dates of, and reports of, such checks.

You should fulfil this request by providing a copy of the
information.
