Dangerous Driving Prevention in Shooters Hill Ward
shooters hill local history group made this Freedom of Information request to Greenwich Borough Council
The request was partially successful.
From: shooters hill local history group
24 June 2010
Dear Greenwich Borough Council,
I am writing to enquire about the most dangerous roads in shooters
hill ward. I am looking in particular at roads with relatively less
traffic calming measures in relation to those in the immediate
vicinity to establish whether calming some roads leads to increases
in dangerous driving on other roads.
I would like to have the following data revealed for analysis:
a) Ward data showing dates and locations road accidents where
pedestrians or cyclists have been injured by motor traffic since
1995.
b) The dates and locations that traffic calming measures were
introduced since 1995.
I would be grateful if you could find some, if not all, of this
information.
Yours faithfully,
Shooters Hill Local History Group
