4 November 2008

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like information regarding the current midwifery staffing
levels for Huddersfield.

Can you please tell me how many midwife FTE posts are
funded/planned to be filled in the area and how many of these posts
are actually currently filled and how many of these midwives are on
long term sickness?

Also, for the last year for which you have data, could you tell me
the average number of women allocated to each of these FTEs at any
one time?

Yours faithfully,

mark
