Dear Mr Williams,

We have, over the last 2 weeks, received numerous e-mails via this
website asking why requests have not been responded to - upon
investigating, all had been responded to and the responses re-sent with
a request to confirm receipt. We have also contacted the website
itself as ll e-mails were showing as being transferred this end.

Until your reply this afternoon, we have not received any confirmation
that the re-sent e-mails have got through.

However, please find attached the letter sent in response to your
request together with the booklet noted in the letter. The officer who
sent out the response is not in today but I am copying her into this
e-mail and she will forward a copy of the actual e-mail sent to you on
her return.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience.

Hi Beryl,

We publish all the responses that we receive.

Do you have any records from the email server that you use, showing
the exact time messages were delivered to our email server, and any
error message (or otherwise) that you received?

If you can put us in contact with your IT team, that would help try to
find out what is going on.
