the following information regarding the work relating to 'standards
compliance' being undertaken of the Customer Service Excellence
website, as described at the following link:

Could you please provide me with the following information:

1. The budgeted cost of the each step of the remedial work,
described in the link above as automatic testing, user testing and
testing with assistive technology.

2. The name of the contracted company or companies undertaking the
work in each step.

3. The total budgetted cost of completing the remedial work to
bring the site to 'AA' conformance.

4. Whether the cost of this remedial work will be met by the
Department or the supplier originally contracted to deliver the
Customer Service Excellence website.
