Dear Sir or Madam,
1)Since 03/03/03 (please list as annual figures), how many NRP's
cases on both CSCS (CS1) & CS2 have accrued arrears, either in part
or fully due to agency delay, maladministration and/or error/s?
2)Since 03/03/03 (please list as annual figures), how many cases
pertaining to 1), have been subjected to agency enforcement action,
including; regular maintenance and/or arrears repayments of 30% or
more of income, agency enforced AEO's/DEO's or LO's?
3)Since commencement of the agency steer to collect arrears within
a two year period or less (please list as annual figures), how many
cases pertaining to 2), have been subjected to parallel enforcement
action?
