From: S. James

Dear Sir or Madam,

This is a request under the freedom of information act.

I believe that at your council there has been 6 claims of
constructive dismissal in 4 years, I also believe that there has
been 34 claims against the council within the same period.

I would like to know

A) What is the criteria you use for judging these claims

B) What the scale of damages payable is

C) Where the Council would accept liability

D) Whether the Human Rights act was brought into any of these
cases, if so how was it used.

e) how many were successful.

F) What were the results of the successful claims? eg damages.

Yours faithfully,

S. James
