Stephen Payne is on a period of extended leave. Whilst he is away we are
unable to monitor his emails so you will need to redirect your enquiry to
the ''Data Access and Compliance Unit''. It would also be most helpful if
during the time he is away from the office you refrain from copying him
into emails or sending personal emails - there are concerns about
'crashing' his Inbox. Many thanks in anticipation of your co-operation.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am still waiting for a response to my FOI query of Feb 3rd.
The statutory deadline for your response expired some time ago; you
are now in breach of law.
While I am aware that Stephen Payne is on extended leave, it would
perhaps be considered good practise to pass his unfinished work
over to another person, rather than simply ignoring it.
Yours sincerely,
William Thackeray
