Please confirm how many serving prison officers in the Scottish
Prison Service, have been convicted of:

(1) Fraud and deception related offences, (2) Violent offences,
including assault, (3) Drug related offences (4) Sexual offences,
or(5) Racial, Religious or Homophobic offences

Dear Knox Greig

As your service requires officers to declare
convictions and notify of any newly accrued
convictions during their career, I would be
looking for convictions deemed unspent, e.g.
within the last 5 years, or those such as
Drink Driving and Serious Offences which
have a longer rehabilitation period.
