Dear Mr. Andrews,
I have been asked by my colleague, Ms Chowan to undertake the review
that you have requested. It seems to me that your email of 23 April
2009 whilst asking for the review also changes the wording of your
request. Accordingly I suggest that the email of 23 April 2009 be
treated as a fresh request. I would be minded to uphold the decision
made by Ms. Chowan but in light of your fresh request there is very
little purpose to be gained. If however you do wish me to make a formal
finding then I will do so.
In the meantime the FOI team will consider your email of 23 April as it
was a fresh request
regards
