Criminal acts by councils.

Trevor R Nunn made this Freedom of Information request to Cheshire Police Authority

Cheshire Police Authority did not have the information requested.

From: Trevor R Nunn

1 February 2009

Dear Sir or Madam,

Over the last 12 months how many times has a member of public
reported a crime to Cheshire Police Authority that involved the
actions of a local council.

In addition, how many times did Cheshire Police Authority decide to
take no action. How many times did Cheshire Police Authority issue
a crime number and how many times did, or will, a local council end
up in court for committing a crime that was reported by a member of
the public?

Please list by local council.

Yours faithfully,

Trevor R Nunn

Mr Nunn

I refer to your email re: 'criminal acts by councils'. This is clearly an
issue for the Constabulary and not Authority and therefore I have forwarded
your request to their FoI unit for an appropriate response.
