The following document from the House of Lord has greatly shocked and frightened me to the extent that I am compelled to request any information that you have in relation to the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds using their members in the House of Lords to apply the political agenda of the RSPB to the extent that it influences the law that controls use all.

Crime within a charity
ben addison made this Freedom of Information request to Charity Commission for England and Wales
The request was successful.
From: ben addison
7 May 2009
Dear Sir or Madam,
I have proof of crime within a charity yet the police have ignored
it when i have raised the issue. The charity which i speak of works
closely with the government and has given false information to the
government and even tampered with evidence during investigations.
No authority seems to be willing to start an investigation as it
will discredit themselves (for being involved with the charity) and
i am wondering what steps i should take and also to ask what the
charity commission can do to stop the crimes being comitted.
Yours faithfully,
ben addison

Charity Commission for England and Wales

Dear Mr Addison
Thank you for your email. Our publication 'Complaints about charities'
(CC47) [1]http://www.charity-commission.gov.uk/pub...
outlines the role of the Charity Commission as the regulator of charities
in England and Wales as regards when we will, and when we will not, take
up complaints about charities which are reported to us. If you are
satisfied that your concerns are a matter which the Charity Commission
would need to consider then please contact us again. We will need full
written details of the charity and your concerns, including any
documentary evidence held in order to consider the matter further.
I hope this is of assistance. If you are unhappy with our response to your
FOI request, have a complaint or wish to request a review of our FOI
decision, you should write to: Charity Commission Direct, PO Box 1227,
LIVERPOOL, L69 3UG. Please state what it is you are dissatisfied with,
which will assist us when we review our response. If you request a
Decision Review you will be notified of our final decision.
If after this you remain unhappy with the decision, you may apply directly
to the Information Commissioner (ICO) for a decision. Generally, the ICO
cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted our complaints
procedure. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at: The
Information Commissioner***s Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow,
Cheshire SK9 5AF.
Yours sincerely
Mrs Pat Elias
