Please can you provide me with the following information under the
Freedom Of Information Act 2000:-
Please provide me with,
a) all Crime Statistics (Serious and Acquisitive included)in the
vicinty (0.5 mile radius) of Encombe Place, Salford - for Oct-Dec
2008 and Jan-Mar 2009
b) any evidence which links crime in the vicinty (0.5 mile radius)
of Encombe Place with the users of the Youth Offending Service
located there - during the past 12 months.

SUBJECT: FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - APPEAL
I am in receipt of your email dated 23 July 2009.
Any expression of discontent with a response made in relation to a request under the Freedom of Information Act is considered an appeal / complaint and is dealt with under this procedure our internal complaints procedure (in accordance with The Secretary of State for Constitutional Affairs' Code of Practice on the discharge of public authorities' functions, under Part I of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, issued under Section 45 of the Act).
