Dear Sir or Madam,
I'd like to know about the number of arrests that have been made in
the last five years on Blackstock Road, Finsbury Park (on the
border of Islington, Hackney and Haringey), the nature of the crime
and also the ethnicity of the people arrested and of the police
officers themselves. The dates of these events would also be
helpful.
I'd also like to know the number of police officers and police
personnel that have been stationed at the Emirates Stadium on match
days (in the last five years).
Yours faithfully,
I.S.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I have not been using a pseudonym, and in fact, even I was
wondering where "Mr Honey" came from. From the very begining I have
provided my initials I.S. on the request form.

Following receipt of your request searches were conducted within the MPS
to locate information relevant to your request.
EXTENT OF SEARCHES TO LOCATE INFORMATION
To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted
using CRIS System.
DECISION
I have today decided to:
* disclose records relating to number of arrests in Blackstock Road in
the last five years, the nature of the crime and the ethnicity of
people arrested.
* Reject the request of ethnicity of the arresting police officers since
this is not within the cost threshold. Estimated 3000 officers details
would have to be run on our system, which would take an estimated time
of 10 Minutes per officers. To sum it would approximately cost you
**11650. We estimate that the cost of complying with this request
would exceed the appropriate limit. The appropriate limit has been
specified in regulations and for agencies outside central Government;
this is set at **450.00. This represents the estimated cost of one
person spending 18 hours [at a rate of **25 per hour] in determining
whether the MPS holds the information, and locating, retrieving and
extracting the information.
* release the number of police officers and police personnel that have
been stationed at the Emirates Stadium on match days since 2005 to
date is 107,022.
