Dear Sir or Madam,
Under the freedom of information act - I wish to know how many
arrests were made by officers at the City of Manchester Stadium and
Old Trafford. Could you further break these arrests down into the
crimes committed.
Furthermore, I would like to know how many arrests were football
related on the 14th of May 2008. Where Glasgow Rangers played Zenit
in an association football match at the City of Manchester Stadium
Yours faithfully,
Alastair Manderson

Dear Sir or Madam,
Sorry, My message should have been clearer. I wish to know how many
arrests occured inside or directly around the City of Manchester
Stadium and Old Trafford during their EPL home fixtures. Each team
played 19 home matches (38 in total).
"Football Related" offences are just something which would not have
occured if the match had not been played. For example, Arresting an
individual inside the City of Manchester stadium for a breach of
the peace.
As for the Rangers/Zenit Fixture - I simply require to know how
many arrests were made because of the Zenit/Rangers supporters that
were in the City. Offences at this would include the rioting that
took place in the street.
At Old Trafford
