Dear Sir or Madam,

Do you employ same the Call centre structure, set up by Corporate
Director ,that is causing severe problems getting issues/ crimes
addressed as they [ Call centre] seem unqualified with no knowledge
of right and wrong, refusing to record crime .

When do record won't let see using FOI as reason .Suspect what is
written not the truth. Surely can't be right?

How can you improve like this? How are you going to get issues/
crime addressed using corporate structures with no discretion .
Surely this is manufacturing injustice? They wind up and blame
rather than address??!!
