Dear Sir or Madam,

Residents in CPZ GA were recently consulted about a change to the
times and days of operation and enforcement.

Please provide me with copies of all communications and materials
sent to residents concerning this review.

Please provide me with the raw data collected from the responses;
for example the number of responses, the total number of
households, the times and days preferred and expressed by
residents.

Please provide me with copies of minutes from meetings where this
was discussed, for example the planning or transportation committee
meetings.
