which we received on 4 February 2010 for information held by the Council.

How many staff in the council have been granted permission to use covert
surveillance on members of the public since 2005 please?

I refer you to the Council's response to your FOI requests sent on 29
January 2010. We consider your FOI requests to be vexatious and therefore
will not be responding to this request.
