Dear Cambridge City Council,
I as a tax payer would like to know the rough cost of a
hypothetical case where there are 15 court appearances before the
Cambridge family magistrates court. For example a case in which
Social Services versus a family in a forced adoption case.
These hypothetical rough costs to the nearest £10,000 should
include.
All court costs for 15 court appearances. For example. Judges
Costs. Court Costs. Average Social Services staff costs. Social
Services Lawyers costs. Cafcass costs.
In short what would the cost on average in this region be for 15
court appearances in the Cambridge family courts.
