I refer to your enquiry and regret the delay in replying.

The only record we have in relation to your request indicates that an
employee under a joint appointment arrangement between the PCT and Halton
BC attended a Common Purpose Merseyside Matrix 2005 Programme (24 March
2005) at the cost of £3950 vat total £691.25.  Total invoice £4641.25.
