Dear Glasgow Council,
1. How many visits there have been to the Council’s web page over
the last 3 years (07,08 and 09) on a monthly basis?
2. How many ‘Comment or complaint’ have the Council received via
its website in each of the years 2007, 2008 and 2009?
3. How many ‘Comment or complaint’ have the Council received in
total (including its website, the ones receipts over the phone or
people physically visiting the Council to log a complaint) in each
of the years 2007, 2008 and 2009?
4. A full breakdown of the number of ‘Comment or complaint’
received from people by main topic of the complaint for each of the
3 years mentioned above.
5. How much salary has been paid to the personnel who initially
receive the complaints?
6. What is the IT system used by the Council to record and track
the ‘Maintenance Problem and Issue of Concern’? Which company
supplied this software/system and how much did it cost?
7. How many times have people used the ‘Visitors’ link
(http://www.glasgow.gov.uk/en/Visitors/) on Council’s web site
during 2008 and 2009.
8. How many people used the following services via Council’s web
site over the last 3 years (2007, 2008 and 2009)?
a. Pay a fixed penalty notice
b. Pay parking fine online
c. Pay Council Tax online
d. Pay Council house rent
e. Pay non-domestic rates (business rates)
f. Pay service accounts
g. Pay for Housing Benefit Overpayment
