Councillors with residents parking permits

Dear Sir or Madam,

With reference to the Councillors free parking permit scheme, FOI
#10250 , please could you provide a list of those Westminster City
Councillors from the list below who have also purchased a paid for
residents parking permit up until the 31st March 2009?

1)To clarify further, which Westminster City Councillors (from the
list below) also hold a residents parking permit?

2)Also from the list of Councillors below, which of them as of the
31st March 2009 list their main home address as being within the
borough of Westminster?

Dear Sir or Madam,

Why have you ignored this FOI request?

Is it because you wanted to wait until the MEP elections were over
to avoid embarrassment?

Perhaps the penalties of breaking the law again Westminster City
Council are worth it, what are you trying to hide?

Why do you not want to be honest with the voting public, are all of
you on the fiddle?

Dear Sir or Madam,

Before making a complaint to the Information Comissioner about
this, would you like to offer an explanation and an apology for
ignoring this FOI request and subsequent request for a review?

The Information Commissioner finds it unacceptable to take longer
than 40 days to reply to an internal review request.

Dear Faceless Parking Department bureaucrat,

One thing I would like to make clear is that yet again the Council
are falling back on their own incompetence in not being able to
understand email and how the Internet works.

Your excuse is to say “you had not apparently received a response “
and “It would appear that you did not receive this response “.
There is no 'apparently' or 'appear' about it. Through this website
both the public and Westminster City Council can see whether or not
a response was sent. A little more diligence on the Councils part,
especially whoever is replying to internal reviews would not go a
miss, perhaps they are in the wrong job.

The days of saying 'it was lost in the post' are over, you need to
brush up on your basic Internet skills before you write to me with
what can only be seen as a fob off.

How many times are you going to say “We have now reviewed our
procedures to ensure this does not occur again“, just look through
your previous answers, you seem to have a lot of reviews, with
false assurances that your law breaking will not happen again. Yet
you keep breaking the law over and over again.

As for Councillors being registered to use the awful Verrus
pay-by-phone system, I wouldn't expect them to be registered to use
it, as they have a free parking permit, so why should they. They
are after all merely politicians, so we expect them to behave true
to type.

Let it be known that not one Conservative councillor has been
prepared to state publicly whether or not she or he has paid for
their own residents parking permit.

The public can draw their own conclusions from their silence.

You may now go on to threaten me with the word vexatious, as the
truth hurts doesn't it?
