Dear Sir or Madam,
Please can you provide any documents or any other communications
from Peter Large (head of Westminster Legal team) or any of that
departments members asking/requesting or instructing the following
list of Councillors not to respond to residents or other stake
holders on matters concerning the councils bike parking Tax since
1st May 2009?
Susan Burbridge
Angela Hooper
Angela Harvey
Danny Chalkley
Colin Barrow
Jean-Paul Floru
I ask because many residents and myself do not receive any response
from the above councillors, and I am concerned that Peter Large's
department maybe dictating council communications policy on behalf
of the parking department and possibly other departments as well,
which has led to the increase in the number of FOI requests.
Yours faithfully,
Blue
