I would like to request a complete list of suppliers/contractors
and consultants that have been used over the past year when
procuring IT Software and the total spend on IT Software during the
past financial year.
Also could you break this Software spend down
to show which department uses which application.
Please also provide details of IT Contracts Managers and any
person(s) involved in IT Software procurement.

Response: Mouchel Business Services provide IT Services to the Council (as
part of a 10 year Public Private Partnership). The information you
requested is not held by Middlesbrough Council.
Mouchel Business Services are not covered by Freedom of Information
legislation in relation
to how they operate as a private company. However you may want to contact
