Request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000

Further to your email dated 9^th February 2010 in which you request the
disclosure of information under the provisions of the above Act, we are
now in a position to provide you with a response.

A complete list of suppliers/contractors and consultants that have been
used over the past year when procuring IT Software and the total spend on
IT Software during the past financial year.

Please see the attachment to this email which details the information you
have requested. The 'tabs' entitled 'summary' and 'suppliers' outline the
above information.

Also could you break this Software spend down to show which department
uses which application.

Please see the attachment to this email which details the information you
have requested. The 'tab' entitled 'sware by dir' outlines the application
that each Directorate use.

Please also provide details of IT Contracts Managers and any person(s)
involved in IT Software procurement.

Members of staff involved in IT Software Procurement are the Lancashire
ICT Services Managers and Directorate ICT Managers.
