Dear Norfolk County Council,
I would like to request a complete list of suppliers/contractors
and consultants that have been used over the past year when
procuring IT Software and the total spend on IT Software during the
past financial year.
Also could you break this Software spend down
to show which department uses which application.
Please also provide details of IT Contracts Managers and any
person(s) involved in IT Software procurement.

Dear Mr Fitzsimons,
On February 9 you requested:
1) a complete list of suppliers/contractors
and consultants that have been used over the past year when
procuring IT Software and the total spend on IT Software during the
past financial year.

Software procured, or in respect of which consultants were engaged, was
for corporate deployment and we do not hold departmental usage breakdowns.
I believe that we have answered your request fully, but if you are
dissatisfied with our response or handling of your request, you have the
right of appeal through the Council's internal complaints procedure by
setting out the grounds of your appeal in writing to the Freedom of
Information Officer at:
