Dear Sirs,
Please find information as requested under the Freedom of Information Act.
Dear Gloucestershire County Council,
I would like to request a complete list of suppliers/contractors
and consultants that have been used over the past year when
procuring IT Software and the total spend on IT Software during the
past financial year.
Answer - Please see attached spreadsheet
Also could you break this Software spend down
to show which department uses which application.
Answer - Software is bought corporately and we do not hold the information in this way.
Please also provide details of IT Contracts Managers and any
person(s) involved in IT Software procurement.
Answer - The Contracts Manager is Mr Jon Powell. There are many people involved in the eventual procurement of software such as Directorate sponsors, users, Business Analysts, project managers, GCC sourcing pool, and staff seconded to the GCC FM supplier.
Yours faithfully,
Mr Fitzsimons
