I would like to request a complete list of suppliers/contractors
and consultants that have been used over the past year when
procuring IT Software and the total spend on IT Software during the
past financial year.

Also could you break this Software spend down
to show which department uses which application.

Please also provide details of IT Contracts Managers and any
person(s) involved in IT Software procurement.

the overall figure for consultancy and maintenance of software related
services is £659529.

Chay Neill, Information Systems Manager, is the person who heads up the
Council Information Systems business unit

If you are dissatisfied with the way your request has been handled or with
the information we have provided, you are entitled to request that we
undertake an internal review. We must receive such a request within 40
working days of the date of this notice. A request to review our decision
must be in writing (e-mail is acceptable) or another permanent format. We
will then have 20 working days from the date we receive your request in
order to complete our review and give you our decision.

The review will be conducted by the Chief Executive or another official
