I would like to request a complete list of suppliers/contractors
and consultants that have been used over the past year when
procuring IT Software and the total spend on IT Software during the
past financial year.

Also could you break this Software spend down
to show which department uses which application.

Please also provide details of IT Contracts Managers and any
person(s) involved in IT Software procurement.

Dear Mr Fitzsimons
I am writing further to your email below.

We have produced the attached report of all spend on the revenue and
capital subcodes for software in 2008/09 with the supplier name. All
schools' expenditure has been removed. We have picked up anything coded to
a software code - it does not, however, take account of any possible
miscodings.

Ian Gill is the Senior Category Manager for all IT procurement. Please see
